Album Design & Delivery Process In addition to submitting your album cover choices, please be sure to submit your favorite images through your online gallery (if you haven’t already). Once we receive your selections, we’ll review them and confirm your album order. If any additional balance is due, an invoice will be provided. Please note: albums must be paid in full before entering the design queue.2–3 weeks . While we hope you love the first draft, we understand that small adjustments may be needed. One round of up to 5 changes is included at no charge. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $250 per round (up to 5 changes each) .2–4 weeks .
Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee Your wedding album is designed to last for generations. We proudly offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. If your album ever experiences issues related to its construction—such as binding, page adhesion, or cover integrity—we will repair or replace it at no cost.Please note: This guarantee does not cover damage due to mishandling, accidents, or environmental factors such as water or heat.
